“I used to drive a Honda Vezel before looking for an upgrade to a continental car. I started looking for one in the second-hand market through sgcarmart.com. One of my key concerns was the possibility of meeting a rogue dealer as I’ve heard of many bad experiences from my friends regarding some dealers from those big Automarts.
After some time of sourcing for a continental car on Sgcarmart, I shortlisted one vehicle on the website and subsequently visited the dealership to learn more about that vehicle. However, I was met with bad services as that salesperson was pushy and attended to my queries half-heartedly. As expected, I left the dealership disappointed without making any purchase.
Since I was around the Ubi area, I decided to search for other dealers around the area. Then I chanced upon Drivinci @ Oxley Bizhub. I looked through their car inventory on Sgcarmart and saw many nice continental cars that I was keen to view. I contacted JL and went down to view the cars immediately.
My entire experience at Drivinci was delightful as JL was friendly and patient in explaining the specifications and details of the car. He was very transparent on the pricing and explained the financial breakdown and depreciation when upgrading from a Japanese car to a continental car. I’ve ultimately shortlisted a Mercedes-Benz CLA180.
What surprised me the most was that JL was willing to wait for me at 9 pm later that day for a second test drive as I was excited to bring my wife along to view the car.
I signed the agreement, and the car was handed over 7 days later. It was the best choice of my life to deal with Drivinci!
A year later, I have referred 3 friends, and they were all able to get their Dream Cars from them.”
